Surface Pre-treatment

In-chamber plasma treatment, in-house blasting using ceramic, glass and plastic bead are offered to enhance surface finish prior to coating. Whether your product has high lubricity, flame retardant infusion, or extremely smooth texture, our pretreatment options can help to improve adhesion. These methods can also be used to remove metal and reprocess the parts, should you find a downstream defect requires you to have the parts recoated.
